Within just a 10-minute drive, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Curaçao. The villa is located in the cozy and beloved neighborhood of Harmonie, near "Grote Berg." Within walking distance, you will find several nice restaurants and cafes. The space Spacious plot with plenty of privacy and parking Villa Milamor is located on a spacious plot of 700 m², fully fenced and accessible via an automatic gate. At the front, there is plenty of space to park several cars safely and easily. The villa itself offers 155 m² of stylish and comfortable living space. Luxury comfort with a stylish decor Step into the cozy living room, furnished with a large lounge sofa and smart TV – the perfect place to relax. The modern, open kitchen is a dream for cooking enthusiasts, equipped with a cooking island, American fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and combination microwave. From the living room, you can walk onto the covered terrace, complete with a comfortable lounge set, dining table (6 people) and sun loungers, all overlooking the beautifully landscaped garden and the spacious private pool. The villa is fully equipped for a carefree stay: free WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms, queen size beds in all three bedrooms, a camping bed (on request), a washing machine, dryer and much more. Guest access The entire villa and outdoor accommodation are accessible to guests. Other things to note House rules: - Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am (or otherwise in consultation with the manager). - Smoke not allowed. - There is free parking in the grounds of the house, with space for several cars. - A dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and other equipment are included for your use. - Pets not allowed on the property. - Possibility to add camping bed. - Prior to your arrival, we will charge a deposit of 500 Euro. To avoid wasting water and electricity, the use of 35 kWh of electricity per day is included in your booking. If your electricity consumption exceeds 35 kWh per day, we will charge an additional amount of 0.55 euros per kWh. We will charge 8 euros per m3 of water consumption. This will be deducted from the deposit after your stay.
