Surrounded by a beautiful garden with seating, a large terrace and a private pool. In 10 minutes they are in downtown Moraira and 15 minutes by car from Jávea. The villa has a kitchen and bathroom on the top floor next to the dining and living room. The two bedrooms are located on the lower floor. This has another bathroom and a second fitted kitchen. That house has a gas fireplace and both floors are air-conditioned. Extra baby bed on request The car can be safely parked in a lockable garage during the stay. (2 euros per day) A basic consumption of 120 kwh/week is already included in the rental price per week. Likewise, 3 m³ of water per week are already included in the rental price. Thus, with normal use of the air conditioners and thoughtful water consumption, no further consumption costs will arise.
