This unit is completely updated with all your beach set up needs including beach chairs, wagon, tent, toys, cooler, etc. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals with friends while enjoying the view in the wide open living space. The complimentary coffee bar has all you need to make freshly brewed coffees, iced coffees, teas or lattes. This property is family or adult friendly and is stocked with extras! Plenty of amenities to keep kids and families entertained and for adults to unwind or gather with friends. The tap-to connect internet and streaming apps provide for an easy set up. The master suite features a king bed, waterfront views, private deck, ensuite bathrooms and large closet. There is also a pack n play available with a mattress that will fit in the master bedroom closet for additional sleeping space. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet. Third bedroom has two twin over twin beds and a twin trundle. All rooms have TVs with streaming services. All linens provided with rental. Living room has a gel foam sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. PROPERTY: Less than one minute walk from the Clam Shell Beach Entrance. No stairs to beach which make rolling the wagon a breeze. The private community pool, docks, and waterfront gazebo are accessible to renters. The property is minutes away from the Carolina Beach Pier and Freeman Park. BEACH AMENITIES: Beach wagon chairs, sand toys, tent, cooler etc. are available for guest use. The unit has all your beach set up needs so you don't have to lug all your gear for a weekend stay! The rental also has Kayaks (3 single anglers and one tandem) that are available for guest use with additional agreement. DOCK: This property features a 30 ft. deep-water boat slip in the Carolina Beach Basin. Bring your own boat with dock rental agreement or rent one in the nearby Carolina Beach Yacht club. The Carolina Beach Wildlife Boat Ramp is extremely close by for convenience. Please contact in advance to make arrangements to bring your own boat.
