Seafarer court is a 3 bed 2 bath low set house with a double lock up garage. It’s is a 5 minute walk to the famous sandstone hotel which hosts many well known names throughout the year. Bribie island is a short walk across the bridge, boasting many beautiful beaches and places to eat. Sandstone also has many lovely places to eat, also boat, jet ski and house boat hire is available, or bring your own and use the available boat ramp ! Seafarer court is a residential area with a shared pool. The space Seafarer court is a 3 bed 2 bath one level house with a double lock up garage. It consists of the master bedroom with king bed, en-suite, walk-in wardrobe and smart TV. Air conditioning and Ceiling fan with remote control, a view over the garden outside. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3 rd bedroom has x 2 twin beds, both with Air conditioning. There is a full laundry with washer and dryer, plus washing powder and fabric conditioner for your use. A full kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, electric fry pan, kettle and toaster. There is a variety of tea,coffee and hot chocolate on offer and a small welcome gift in the fridge! In the hallway is a store cupboard holding beach / pool towels and matts, sun umbrella, first aid kit, games and cleaning tools. Guest access The whole house and , garden and lock up garage is available to use. There is also a fabulous pool, ( towels provided) for use within the complex. note that the pool is shared with other guests and residents. Other things to note our property is family and contractor friendly
