We have a gem of a granny flat attached at the back end of our home. It comes with its own entrance less than 800 meters from the stunning northern beaches of WA! Modern and super comfortable, offered is a kitchenette, ensuite, seperate bedroom and outdoor patio space with a your own BBQ. Across the road is a fabulous Italian coffee shop/ cafe, pharmacy, IGA, fish & chips, bottle shop etc Joondalup award winning golf course, hospital and shopping centre are all less than a 10 min drive away The space Your mini oasis is situated at the back of our gates home in a safe and beautiful ocean side suburb. Incudes a kitchenette with a Smart Inverter microwave oven, two plate induction stove top, mini fridge + freezer along with a coffee pod machine, kettle + toaster, a ninja blender, filtered water and much more. There is reverse cycle air conditioning in both the lounge room and bedroom. A little welcome basket awaits you along with ample fresh supplies for a continental breakfast. Complimentary coffee pods, a lovely selection of teas and of course the essentials such as oils, herbs, butter and milk will be there for your convenience. Entertainment is at your finger tips with two smart TV’s, one in the bedroom and another in the lounge room featuring Netflix and other great streaming options. Also included is high speed WiFI. The sofa does turn into a bed which makes for a lovely movie night or an option to accommodate a third person. Complimentary laundry service for stays over 3 nights can easily be arranged. We have a esky, picnic blanket and beach tent available to use throughout your stay! If you enjoy beach fishing, we are happy to lend a rod too! Along with your own private entrance you also have a lovely patio area to enjoy a morning coffee, a BBQ or some beverages in the evening. We appreciate and respect your privacy. The goal is for you to experience your own little oasis. Please do note we share the back yard area however we are rarely home and have made it as private as possible so you can enjoy your getaway. Also to note; we travel a lot and we may be away during your stay but all relevant contacts will be provided to ensure a smooth and memorable stay. Parking is provided with ample space for a caravan. We are happy to accommodate couples with one child under the age of 12. If you have a baby, we can offer a porta cot and pram. We also have children pen/gates if needed. The city is just 25 km’s away, there is a bus stop across the road and a train station (Joondalup) which can be reached by bus just 10 minutes away.
