The room is equipped with a full size bed with 10 inch mattress and blackout curtains to ensure a good night’s sleep. The room has plenty of natural light, a work desk, TV etc. The shared bathroom is spacious, and always kept neat and clean. The space The brand new house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our homely and functional home provides easy and quick access to Travis Air Force Base, and many lovely vineyards around Napa Valley. We provide many amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and laundry access. Living here will be as convenient as your own home As you enter our home, you will be greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. We take great pride in keeping our space clean and well-maintained. The abundant light in every room and the vaulted living room will boost your mode immediately. With fast free WiFi, beautiful backyard, we hope you relax and Enjoy your stay. Looking forward to hosting you soon! Guest access The 1st floor kitchen, living room and 2nd floor den are shared areas for guests. Guests are expected to respect the house, host and other guests and to treat everything in the house gently. The piano on the 1st floor is off limits. Guests share the appliances and utensils in the kitchen. Please clean up after yourself. You can use the shared kitchen to prepare simple food but please refrain from heavy cooking. If your cooking triggers a smoke alarm and emergency service comes, you will be responsible for associated charges. Laundry set is for long-term stay guests (3+ days) and please follow the operation time and instructions which post in the LR. Refrigerator is shared with some reserved space for each guest. Please use your own assigned space only and make sure you close the door securely. If you like reading, enjoy the books on the 2nd floor den and please put it back when you’re done. Enjoy the fresh air in the finished backyard. Please remember to lock the door after you. During your stay We respect your privacy, but we are available anytime if you need help. Feel free to message us on airbnb or give us a phone call. Other things to note Our goal is to provide you with peaceful and safe home living environments. We are serous about our house rules. Violet to house rules may result in eviction. Here is our house rules. Please feel free to contact me whenever you have questions. - NO parties. - NO street footwear inside of the house. - NO illegal downloading/torrenting on our network. - NO phone conversations in the common areas, keep it in your own room. - NO unregistered guests, even they don't sleep over. - NO Smoking or heavy alcohol consumption. - Quiet time after 10pm, lower your TV volume after 10pm. - Clean up after yourself in the kitchen and shared bathroom. - Do not block the driveway or park in the opposite direction (Free Parking is available on the same street or in front of house.)
