A very unique guesthouse at the center of the main village, with the main square in front of it, close to everything, ideal for peaceful and relaxing stay. The space The property is ~75m2 and is one of the oldest houses in the island. It has been renovated on 2025. It is separated in 3 different areas (living room, kitchen and bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed (1.60 X 2) and next to it is the bathroom. The kitchen is brand new and equipped with oven and hob and all amenities for someone to cook. The living room has two sofas, one of which can be transformed into a double bed (1.4X2). The bedroom is on the side of the building were the main entrance is and the kitchen and living room on the main square side. Each of them has also doors accessing the main square and the living room has a small window as well. As the main square was build on the remnants of old houses during WWII, it is higher than the house itself, thus if you enter from the side of the building you need to go down one step.
