It will be a pleasure to host you and be able to share with you and yours the magic of this place! The space The accommodation is made up of three comfortable bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and another with two single beds and two large full bathrooms. It consists of a living-dining room with an open kitchen, fully equipped, very bright and with views towards the sea of banana trees and the Atlantic Ocean. Other things to note In the charming village of San Andrés y Sauces, where the sun kisses the banana trees and the sea sparkles in the distance, stood the beloved house of my aunt Nieves. This century-old home, where she shared a life full of love with her husband Florian, was a treasure trove of memories, nestled against the breathtaking backdrop of La Palma's northeast coast. During our summer visits, my parents and brothers would eagerly anticipate the moment we crossed the threshold. The house welcomed us with open arms, its walls steeped in laughter and joy. The vibrant hydraulic tiles, each one a piece of art, told stories of family gatherings and sunlit afternoons. The doors with their elegant transoms stood as guardians of countless memories, their weathered beauty evoking a sense of nostalgia. But after Aunt Nieves passed away, the house fell into silence, its vibrant spirit dulled by time. For thirty-five years, it lay in disrepair, yet the essence of our family lingered within its walls. We couldn’t let it fade away. With love and determination, we gathered to restore the heart of our family. We carefully preserved the beautiful tiles, replacing only those that were damaged, ensuring that their stories continued to be told. The wooden doors, once battered and broken, were lovingly renovated, maintaining the same style that spoke of Nieves and Florian’s timeless charm. As we worked, we shared memories, laughter, and tears. Each stroke of paint and each polished tile breathed life back into the house, transforming it into a vibrant sanctuary once more. Now, the house stands ready to welcome visitors from afar, inviting them to experience its beauty and the enchanting views of El Charco Azul and Puerto Espindola. It is not just a place to stay; it is a connection to the past, a space where the spirit of Aunt Nieves and Florian continues to thrive.
