Nestled just a few blocks from the ND State Capital, you will find our gorgeous one bedroom one bathroom home. The home has all new furniture including the beds, new 58" Samsung Smart TV, and all new linens. Off-street parking and free WiFi. Conveniently located approximately 5 minutes from both of the hospitals, shopping, and the Bismarck Event Center. One bedroom home featuring brand new beds, brand new linens and light blocking curtains so you can get a good night of rest during your stay.  The hardwood floors were just restored and shine throughout the living room and hallway.  This home is great for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families. Free high speed Wi-fi. Laptop friendly workspace.  Has an entrance that opens right to the front steps and another door that opens right onto its own private deck. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces and deep clean between each stay.  The bathroom features a full bath.  All new towels, a blow dryer and first aid kit are all located in the linen closet. The living room features a 58' Samsung Smart TV.  Kick back after a long day.   The kitchen is fully stocked.  You just need the chef.  Pots and Pans, Keurig Machine, slow cooker, microwave, toaster, and new dishes are all ready for you to cook a delicious meal.   The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.  Do your laundry for free, BONUS! The new dining room table comfortably seats four guests and makes a great space to work from home. The unit has central air. Guests get the driveway which can two vehicles depending on the size.  If additional parking is needed, there is tons of on street parking available around this home. The back yard has a deck overlooking the yard to enjoy during the summer. Guests have the whole home to themselves. The home is technically a two bedroom home. When booking as a one bedroom, the second bedroom will be locked for the duration of your stay. Upon booking, we will ask you how many bedrooms you would like for your stay. We will send a fund request for the additional funds if you want more than one bedroom. We kindly ask our guests to sign a rental agreement upon booking. If you would like to view the agreement prior to booking, pop us a message. Why do we have a firm cancellation policy? Unlike hotels with many rooms to rent, cancellations are devastating to owners of single family homes. When we accept your reservation we acknowledge that you are perhaps taking time off from work and making plane and vehicle reservations. We would never cancel your reservation and expect the same commitment from you. We have worked hard to have a 0% Cancellation rate to prove to our guests that we stand by our word when you book our home. The security deposit is $500. We will send you a funds request upon booking for the deposit. A booking isn't confirmed until a signed lease and deposit are in place. We specialize in long term rentals to professionals with 13 week contracts usually. We only accept bookings that at longest leave a two week open window in our calendar. On Tuesday mornings, we put the trash out for the garbage truck to take. This house has a fantastic location as it is just a few blocks from the ND State Capital. You can walk to the Capital to go to work or for a tour. How cool is that? We love to travel as a family. We love kids. We have four. We welcome guests with children. That being said, this home is not child safe (ie no child locks, no electrical outlet covers, no furniture anchors, no toilet lock, the plumbing is older and could burn a child if left unattended in the bath tub). The back yard deck railing could pose a falling danger if children are allowed to climb or held on the railing.
