Large minimalist house with private parking

It is a spacious house, austere in furniture and interiors; more sleeping options can be introduced, there is flexibility. It's a closed street, you can have meetings. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 5 cars. It consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a double and single bed and another with a sofa bed, a lobby room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and garden patio. No wifi :( 20 minutes from Teotihuacan and 10 minutes from Texcoco. The space 2 large bedrooms with 1 double and single bed, and another room with a double sofa bed, the bedroom is carpeted. If you would like to have a quiet meeting or party, you can host the guests, the additional cost is 150 pesos per person (from 5 people the extra is already charged). It is a large house with a patio to park up to 5 cars, the gardens can be used without any problem.
