Offering utmost privacy with their own entrance detached from the main house these brand-new exclusive self-contained apartments were completed in Oct 2024 Thoughtfully designed for a warm and inviting atmosphere. Surrounded by 5 Acres of tranquil gardens. Close to cultural attractions, stunning wineries and vibrant dining options. Enjoy spacious living areas, kitchenettes and complimentary Wi-Fi ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space There are 8 one-bedroom apartments in total. Each had its own outside space. Apartments: 1 | 2 | 5 | 6 are Ground Floor each with a verandah. Apartments: 3 | 4 |7 | 8 are First Floor each with a balcony and a view over the historic home and gardens. Apartment 6 had a fully accessible bathroom. A full continental style breakfast is included each morning and is served in the main house conservatory. Whilst staying in the apartments, all guests are welcome to explore the main house and gardens. Guest access Guests have full access to the Historic Inn, including the main parlour, library, billiards room. Breakfast is served in the conservatory each morning between 7 - 9:30. There is a historic tour of the property that we encourage all our guests to enjoy seeing the incredible history of this Homestead. Other things to note The Fitzroy Inn is a longstanding place of rest for travellers having been built in 1834 and opened in 1836. It has a long and interesting history. Rooms range from our Historic Inn, where some of the rooms have been guest rooms for nearly 200 years (all restored)! Through to our newly built (2024) one-bedroom apartments. We sit on 5 acres of delightful gardens for you to enjoy, alongside the Natti River. We are a pet friendly establishment. All our rooms and apartments allow pets. There is a nightly fee for each pet. We request that all pets are kept on a lead whilst not in your suite / apartment. Registration details Exempt
