The thoughtfully designed bedrooms ensure both comfort and privacy for all guests. • Bedroom 1: (Master Suite – Level 2): 1 Queen bed plus futon with private ensuite • Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed • Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed • Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed • Bedroom 5: 2 x bunk beds and a king single with trundle (sleeping 4 in total) • Basement Level: Additional sleeping space is available with ample room for mattresses. We provide a queen and single matress. All linen, blankets and towels provided. *It is highlighted that some furniture as shown in the photographs may be different upon arrival, however the bedding configuration is guaranteed, and the entire house is furnished to a high standard. Any queries around this just let us know :) Other things to note Working Farm: We welcome you to enjoy Millpond and all the indoor and outdoor areas immediately surrounding the house. We note that Millpond is an operational farm and as such the following areas are out of bounds for safety purposes: - Sheds (both timber shed adjacent to tennis court and large machinery shed) - Paddocks with cattle While you have complete access to the house and house yard, there may be times where a farm hand comes and goes to the paddocks to check cattle, water, fencing etc. Should the stock water be low, the farm hand may need to access the river pump located under the timber deck. If so, he will make himself known to you so as to not interrupt your privacy unannounced. Please do not touch this pump. Please be aware there are electric fences across the property. You are welcome to view the cows/bulls up close but please don’t enter the paddock! Please always leave gates as you found them after passing through them. We draw your attention to the fact there are a number of unfenced water bodies on the property. In particular, close to the house there is an unfenced dam for stormwater on the right side of the driveway when entering Millpond. This dam has reeds and other plants that may make it appear to children that it can walked upon. Please supervise children in this regard. The property has a strict no party policy.
