All service requests must be made via Airbnb and will be billed at the end of your stay. The space This second-floor apartment is a private space featuring two bedrooms and an open-plan kitchenette and living area with a study corner. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom has access to a separate guest bathroom. The living room includes a large double sofa bed, making the apartment suitable for families or small groups. Guest access This first floor space is entirely private, and you’ll also have access to the shared terrace enjoyed by other guests. Feel free to request outdoor furniture if you’d like to relax or dine outside. Other things to note Electricity & Additional Services Electricity is supplied by EDSA. The meter will have approximately 50 kWh upon your arrival. If you need to top up during your stay, you may: • Request the meter number and top up independently using mobile money, or • Ask the host to top up for you, then you may have to enter the token code into the meter yourself if the host or staff is not on site. Any top-ups made by the host will be added to your Airbnb bill at the end of your stay.
