The space Apartment Description This cozy and spacious apartment has all the comforts for a relaxing, functional and safe stay. • Security: The building is fully fenced and protected with barbed wire, in addition to having video surveillance cameras and an electric gate for greater security and comfort. Both guests and their vehicle will be completely safe on the premises. • Bedrooms: It has three bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with double beds, bureaus, blinds and large closets. The more spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, bureaus, closet, blinds, and also includes a full private bathroom and a TV screen equipped with Roku for comfort. • Bathrooms: In addition to the bathroom in the master bedroom, the apartment has an additional full bathroom, accessible to all guests and located outside the bedrooms. • Laundry room: The apartment includes a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, boiler, clotheslines and cleaning utensils for guest use. • Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, cooking utensils and other food preparation accessories, ideal for those who enjoy cooking during their stay. • Living room: In the living room area, guests can relax on a comfortable sofa and enjoy the TV screen equipped with Roku. • Dining room: The dining room is spacious and comfortable, ideal for both enjoying meals and working. Guests can do so in the hallway or parking lot, but they should be respectful and not disturbing the other neighbors. 2. Pets are not allowed: Due to cleanliness and allergies, pets are not allowed inside the apartment. 3. RESPECT FOR NOISE (STRICT RULE) The home is in a residential area. No excessive noise, loud music, noisy or late-night gatherings are allowed. From 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. a low volume must be maintained at all times. Failure to comply with this rule may result in formal warnings and cancellation of the stay without a refund, in accordance with Airbnb's policies. 4. Common areas: The common areas are only for transit from the parking lot to the apartment and vice versa. Use of these areas for social activities is not allowed. 5. Care of the Facilities: Guests are responsible for taking care of the furnishings and appliances. They are asked to use the kitchen utensils, washing machine and other equipment with care. 6. Trash: Please put the garbage in the designated containers and keep the apartment clean. 7. Use of Equipment: If you use the washing machine or kitchen, please make sure to leave everything in order and clean after use. Do not leave the dirty utensils. 8. Security: Please make sure to lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment and returning. Keys should not be shared with people outside the group of guests. 9. If you do not already have reviews within the platform, I tell you that I would be requesting the INE, in case of foreigners any official ID. To ensure efficient booking management, we ask that you be mindful of our cancellation policies: • If you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you do so at least three days in advance. In this case, your full payment will be refunded. • Cancellations made less than two days in advance will not be eligible for refund.
