Just 10 minutes walk to the train station for journeys to London Waterloo in around 30 minutes. Or hop on the bus to nearby Surbiton, Kingston or Wimbledon. With plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep, this is a great location Combining city convenience and a homely feel, this property is a gem. The space This large, spacious house has two floors and a huge garden. Entering from the street, you will find a welcoming hallway. From the hallway you will enter into the large, living/dining room -Living Area - This welcoming space is large and bright, with French Doors to the extensive garden. The large comfortable sofa is the perfect place to watch the TV or curl up with a book. -Dining Area- With views of the garden and seating 6, this is a great place to have breakfast or a full meal. -Kitchen- Next door to the Living Room is the kitchen. Recently renovated, it comes fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay. -Bedroom 1- Bedroom 1 is on to ground floor, making it accessible for anyone who has mobility issues. Light and spacious, it is a cosy space and has a nice, comfortable bed. It has a wardrobe for you to hang your clothes. -Bathroom 1- This bathroom has just been refurbished. It is finished with marble tiling and has a large walk in shower. Upstairs you will find three further bedrooms as follows -Bedroom 2- This large bedroom has a double bed. an armchair and a work space, and there is still plenty of room. If you need to work while you are here, this is the perfect place to do so, as it is nice and quiet. -Bedroom 3- Tranquil bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. -Bedroom 4- This bedroom is peaceful and comes with a single bed. -Bathroom 2- This bathroom comes with a bath and shower. All bedrooms have crisp white bedlinen and soft white towels. We also provide toiletries for your use. -Garden- There is a large patio and an extensive lawned garden, which you are welcome to use. -Parking- There is free on street parking, as well as off street parking on the driveway for up to 3 cars. Guest access Guests will have the entire house and garden to themselves. Other things to note DURING YOUR STAY Parking - there is free on street parking or you may park on the driveway. Standard check in time is 3pm onwards, and check out time is before 11am. This is a residential neighbourhood, so please keep noise between 11pm and 7am. Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the apartment Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties.
