• 110 m2 apartment located in a fully renovated old barn located next to our accommodation. You will have a bedroom of 31 m2 with its private bathroom and private terrace and a common kitchen /living room space. •Located in a small village at the foot of the Gy Mountains, 3km from VIA FRANCIGENA (Canterbury GB- Rome ITA) and 20kms from the center of Besançon. •Close to Gare Franche County TGV (8km). The space • The accommodation is intended for a family of 3; we can add a baby bed if needed. • Breakfast on request 24 hours in advance: €8 per person (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bread, homemade brioche, butter, homemade jam). • In the kitchen, you have a dishwasher, a kettle, tea, a toaster, a Tassimo-style coffee machine with pods, and a filter coffee maker. • You have a bathroom with toilet, a shared dining room area, a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, an induction stove, and cooking utensils. • A TV and a WII gaming console. Guest access • Private access via gate then stairs to the entrance to the property. • Parking is available immediately on the right side of the house.
