A spacious maisonette near amenities

Barrels Rest is a two bedroom apartment located in the heart of the town, within walking distance of all the local amenities. Exeter Airport is within a ten minute drive, Exeter town is half an hour away, and the coast of Sidmouth is only a 15 minute drive. The apartment is well presented with an open plan kitchen arrangement with the sitting room. There is a smart TV with Netflix in the sitting room and in stairs lead to both bedrooms (both with TV's) and a shower room on the second floor. The space You have your own private main entrance door with stairs leading to the landing with storage cupboard. The sitting room is open plan to the kitchen with sofa, smart TV and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, toaster, sink with hot and cold water, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, tea and coffee and sugar, microwave, cutlery, towels etc. There is a small cupboard for extra storage leading off the kitchen which has a washing machine and clothes airer. Another set of stairs lead up to the second floor which has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has two single beds which can be pushed together to make a super king if required (please state your preference when booking) and a smart TV. The main bedroom has a king sized bed with vanity mirror, drawers and smart TV. Heating is by way of electric heating and the property is well insulated so retains the heat really well making the flat warm and cosy. The bathroom has an electric shower, toilet and sink. All towels, bedding, flannels and kitchenware is provided for you to use during your stay so you shouldn't want for anything during! The property is located 15 minutes from Sidmouth beach, only a short drive away from Escot House, Deer Leap Country House, Cadhay House and Exeter Airport. Guest access You have your own private entrance door, the key safe is mounted on the wall outside. Guests can check in and out simply by using the key safe. Other things to note Its not the best place for children. There are two sets of stairs, no stairgates, cupboards don't have locks, no high chairs etc. But we are happy for people who have children to stay - as long as they are OK with the above.
