Poodle playmates with tree forest view

Sip your coffee on the backyard porch enjoying the tree forest view. Have the feel & privacy of a 2nd home in a laid-back small town. You are welcome to garden in the large yard. The bedroom and the dedicated bathroom is at the front of the house near the front door so you will have some privacy. The hallway leads to the common area. The space The bedroom and the hallway bathroom is dedicated for your use only. Shared common areas are the kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry room with new front end loading washing machine and dryer. Feel free to use all kitchen appliances, Ninja blender, Air Fryer, gas stove range, microwave and ice cream maker. Many small-town restaurants nearby and HEB grocery store is about 10 minutes away, easy access to freeway 249. About 23 miles to Lake Conroe, 12 miles to Tomball Hospital, 23 miles to the Woodlands parkway, 20 miles to the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in the Woodlands, 8 miles to the Texas Renaissance Fairgrounds. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen with cookware, dining room, and living room. Laundry machines are available. Guests are to be mindful of water usage by washing full loads once a week. Please don’t bring your entire closet of clothes to wash. Smoking outside only and cigarettes are to be safely discarded and not left behind. Covered backyard porch has chairs and an end table to set your coffee mug. For paper products, personal toiletries, supplies and detergent there is a dollar tree a few minutes away or the HEB grocery store less than 10 minutes away. During your stay I'm happy to interact with guests since I'm a friendly person. My two standard poodles would also treat you as their long lost best friend! If you are a private person needing quiet time, my poodles and I can accomodate that as well! Other things to note I have two very friendly and happy standard poodles that like to play fetch. They will come and greet you and follow you wanting to play. Dog lovers will enjoy their company.
