The property is only a stones-throw from Bradfield where you can find walking routes around Dam Flask Reservoir. This 2 bedroom apartment has been fully renovated throughout in 2024 and features a stylish living, kitchen, dining area. The kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, induction hob, oven and wine cooler. Beyond this is a small hallway leading to the bathroom and 2 double bedrooms. Both bedrooms house double beds and wardrobes with plenty of hanging and drawer space. The bathroom features a bath with shower over, and a modern heated towel radiator. The property is situated on a one- way, main road, without private parking, however there is space directly outside on the road, or slightly further up the road in free lay-by parking. There is no outside space available, however the picturesque Coronation Park is only a stones-throw away.
