On sunny days, you'll enjoy the landscaped garden, outdoor pool, and covered terrace with its summer lounge. The space Property is made up of the following spaces: LA COURTYARD Entry is through the large paved courtyard where you can park your vehicles. THE GARDEN The garden is located in the back of the house. It is accessible through the kitchen or reception room. In summer, you can enjoy the swimming pool and its adjoining covered terrace, with a barbecue and a plancha. This space is also equipped with a bathroom (sink and shower) and separate toilet. THE GROUND FLOOR - A large entrance with a seating area - A fully equipped kitchen, with its Lacanche piano (2 ovens and 6 fires), a dishwasher, a coffee machine capsules, a smoothie machine, a waffle machine etc. - A dining room attached to the kitchen, with a table for 8 people and a functional fireplace - A reception room with on one side a seating area, a large functional fireplace and a piano, and on the other side a dining area for 15 people - A toilet - One bathroom (one sink, one shower and one one toilet) The second FLOOR This last floor under the attic is a family suite (Bedroom 1) composed of the following spaces: - A spacious room: a king size bed, 1 and a half beds, a macrame hanging crib, a digital piano - A great dressing room - A teak bathroom: two sinks, a bath, a shower, a bidet, a toilet The 1st FLOOR This level is composed of 6 bedrooms and is structured as follows: - Bedroom 2: one queen size bed, private bathroom (one sink and one shower) - Bedroom 3: one queen size bed, private bathroom (one sink and one bathtub) - Bedroom 4: one queen size bed nestled in a mezzanine, private bathroom (sink and shower) - Bedroom 5: Two double beds - Bedroom 6: one bunk bed on the first level, two single beds side by side in the mezzanine area - One bathroom shared with bedrooms 5 and 6 (two sinks, one bathtub, one bidet and one toilet) - Bedroom 7: Kid's room with a single bed, toys, stuffed animals and books - A toilet on the landing Other things to note Bedding and bath linen are provided, as well as bathroom basics (shower gel, shampoo, soap).
