Modern Loft @ historic Colonnade Hotel

Are you an adventurous couple or solo passing through or looking to explore a quiet, historic town? The historic Colonnade Hotel is the premier accommodations in Eureka, NV. The Colonnade Hotel was built in 1880 and thrived throughout the mining booms and busts until 1999 when it became our home and was professionally converted in 2020 to four separate residences, each with it's own private entrance. The Colonnade Hotel is not just a place to lay your head, it's an experience! The space Private entrance at the front of the building. Immaculate studio space for two plus a sleeper sofa for those traveling with children or a third adult. A well designed space with full kitchen (oven, microwave, pots, pans, table settings), large flat screen TV's, washer, dryer, and ample bathroom counter space. USB charging ports throughout along with Bluetooth sound system. Bedroom, living room, and bath are on first floor. Kitchen and dining on second floor loft. Our yard is open to guests so feel free to use the fire pit or view the sculpture garden while sitting under a canopy of trees. We also have space for RV parking with 20 amp electric hook up. Due to severe pet allergies, we do not allow pets. We do welcome service animals. However, as per ADA guidelines we are allowed to ask questions as to the duties performed by the service animal and you agree to ADA rules for controlling the service animal. In addition, if you do travel with a service animal, please let us know so we can prep the space accordingly to mitigate our allergies.
