We enjoy spending time in our new house and would like to offer it to you during our absences. A real little quiet cocoon, 1 km from the sea (MOGUERAN Beach) and close to the village, it is decorated according to our tastes, hoping that you feel good there, and ideal for a weekend, vacation or a week of teleworking. With the longest coastline in France (GR34), a stay in Plouguerneau will delight lovers of maritime panoramas! The space On the ground floor: • A fully equipped kitchen open to a 40 m² living room with television • A bedroom with a 160/200 bed and a private bathroom with shower • Separate toilets Upstairs: • A bathroom with shower and toilet • 1 bedroom with 1 bed in 140/200 • 2 bedrooms with 1 bed in 180/200 or 2 beds in 90/200 (prepared for your arrival) Outside: • A nice 300 m² garden (fully enclosed) with 2 parking spaces • A large terrace with furniture (1 large table – 6 chairs – 1 parasol - 2 deckchairs) and 1 barbecue • Available and for rent: 2 adult bikes, 1 kayak, 1 inflatable paddle board (€60) Guest access 2 private parking spaces Other things to note In this land of legends, you can enjoy a wide variety of landscapes, varied atmospheres depending on the light of day, and curiosities to discover. Our little corner of the world will offer you many activities: hiking on the coastal trails of the GR®34 or a simple walk to admire beautiful white sand beaches, water sports and surfing session at the Grève Blanche, fishing or walking fishing, visits from the Lighthouse of the Virgin Island to the ecomuseum of the seaweed boats. After getting a good breath of fresh air, you can also enjoy the culinary pleasures of the region, whether it's a seafood platter (specialties: oysters and abalone), a warm meal in one of our traditional crêperies or a gourmet table offering seaweed cuisine. A few kilometers away, you can also visit: - KERLOUAN (10 km): the village of MENEHAM, completely renovated (crafts, museum) - St POL de LEON, ROSCOFF (30 km) with a visit to the Ile de Batz (20 min crossing) - BREST (30 km): Its castle and cable car, Les Capucins, Océanopolis, its marinas of Moulin Blanc, Navy Museum, its port of embarkation for the Ouessant and Molène islands. - LE CONQUET, Pointe St Mathieu (30 km), the wild coast of PORTSALL, ARGENTON - The abers: Aber Ildut, Aber Benoît, Aber Vrach.
