Make art in this serene space only 3 minutes’ drive from the beach. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings on 2 acres off Hwy 1. Paint, draw, sketch, collage or craft holiday cards and gifts. Find solace in the sound of the ocean waves or bring your friends and family. All art materials are included. The space The property is right on Hwy 1, 2 acres surrounded by trees. You will have the entire downstairs, including a wooden terrace with nice furniture and a fire pit. Guest access The downstairs is yours, including a master bedroom with a brand new queen-sized bed. In a second adjoining room there is a high quality single bed, a small futon sofa bed and a third single fold out futon, perfect for kids and pets.
