This Villa has an 8' feet concrete walk surrounding the entire perimeter of the property. With huge indoor and outdoor spaces and large balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floor with impressive views. With more than 1 acre of land with tropical gardens, Villa Campo Mar is the perfect place for memorable gatherings with family and friends. THE SPACE: The Villa has a 11m Swimming pool, a Pool table, a Football table and a Dominios table and some Board games. The living room has a 65" Smart TV and a stand along Bluetooth-Wi-Fi Music Speaker. The house has Solar panels in case there’s a power outage, you will always have power in all lightbulbs and ceiling fans. There are 11 beds, 8 bedrooms, and 8 baths. ACCOMODATIONS: All Bedrooms have their own air-conditioning A/C unit with hot water in all bathrooms.
