Temporary living in the countryside

We rent out our house while we travel. The house is situated in the countryside, at the exit of Günterstal overlooking the forest. It's only 2 minutes to the forest. The house is spacious and is rented by the room. The kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, laundry room, carport, garden/terrace and storage space in the basement can also be used. The house is fully furnished and equipped. Depending on the rental, we will lock our private belongings in one of the rooms The space The house is an almost new passive house at the exit of Günterstal. On the ground floor are the living room with open, modern kitchen, terrace and garden. Guest toilet and wardrobe On the 1st floor there are two children's rooms/studies with a desk and a bed each. A modern bathroom with tub/shower Top floor: bedroom with double bed, guest room with desk and sofa bed. Shower room. Basement: laundry room with washer-dryer. Storage space in the basement rooms Outside: terrace with glass roof, garden and flowers. Carport for 1 car on the street Other: Internet, TV, Wi-Fi available We only rent the house occasionally when we are on longer trips. We are looking for quiet, adult tenants who take care of our furniture and property. By arrangement, the house can be rented with different numbers of rooms.
