The space Our two-story home has an open concept in the kitchen/dining/living room, making it easy to spend time together. Upstairs bedrooms and downstairs bedroom have comfortable beds with linens and extra blankets in each. (*If you have limited mobility, please note that we only have a half bathroom downstairs; both full bathrooms are located upstairs.) Front yard is spacious and open, with a fence bordering our cow, pig, goats and donkeys. Guests are free to visit and pet the animals along the fence during their stay. Our backyard is surrounded with a privacy fence and has 2 picnic tables available for use. Washer and dryer are located in the garage, guests are free to use them. We also stock some outdoor games such as Cornhole, disc golf and some kids toys in the garage. Our property offers 3 covered parking spaces and has a gated entrance. Guest access Guests have full access to the house, front yard and back yard. The driveway is gated and can accommodate up to 8 cars. Other things to note We are within 15 miles of many local wedding/event venues in Magnolia and the surrounding towns. Let us provide a comfortable, local place for guests to stay for your events. The Texas Renaissance Festival grounds are 14 miles from us (about a 22 minute drive).
