Modern Townhouse in Quiet Neighbourhood

This is our family home that we live in during the week. There are 2 king bedrooms. The main bedroom has an ensuite and air con. Other bedroom has fans and separate bath. Kitchen, lounge, laundry also accessible. As this is our family home there are personal items around (kids paintings etc)and some areas of the house are unavailable to guests (ex some cupboards, garage etc). Dogs stay here occasionally. They won't be here during your stay but please consider this if you're highly allergic. The space We are in a townhouse complex at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet, residential neighbourhood. It's a lovely, friendly, quiet complex. During the day kids can be heard playing in the street but at night it's very quiet. There is limited guest parking in the visitors parking area. Otherwise there is street parking available. This may involve a 100-200m walk to the townhouse depending on how busy the street is. Downstairs are the general living areas - kitchen, lounge, dining, laundry. Upstairs are the bedrooms and bathrooms. There is also a pool in the complex which you're welcome to use. Guests have access to stove/oven for cooking, some fridge space and separate guest cooking utensils/equipment. Please note there is no microwave in the kitchen. Please be mindful that as children live in the space and this is our personal residence during the week there will be personal effects around. It is clean and tidy but not spotlessly perfect like a hotel or holiday home. The bath in the guest room has some minor spots, damage marks that can't be removed NOT uncleaned grime 😆 Guest access This is my personal home that I live in during the week so there are personal effects in the home, my personal food in the fridge etc. My private areas are well labelled or described in the handbook. Guests have access to - * Main bedroom including ensuite * Second king bedroom * Upstairs bathroom and toilet additional to the unsuite * Kitchen - guest's kitchen equipment is in the pink/yellow/blue hutch. Main kitchen cupboards are private and not available for guest use. There is some space in the fridge for guest use, but I also use this for mu personal food. * Lounge/dining - guests are welcome yo use the lounge/dining area, TV, board games, piano. * Laundry - washing machine, there's no dryer Other things to note Please note - the bunk bed in the photo of the master bedroom, while in the room, isn't available for guest use. There is no ladder for it so it is inaccessible. Please do not use this bunk bed.
