This suite has everything you need for a short or long-term stay. The ceilings are 9ft tall and spacious so it’s great for a couple, business travelers, solo adventurers, and a family with young kids. The living room couch that turns into a double sofa bed. There is a workstation. A 55” TV with cable with hundreds of channels including sports channels and Netflix! Full-size kitchen with all the major/small appliances. The bedroom has a queen size bed. A full-size bathroom with a tub. The space Location and things to do: The home is located on a quiet street with no through traffic. The house backs onto Little Mountain Trail which gives you access to the top of the mountain with beautiful views of Chilliwack. There is also the Hope Slough if you want a short walk in the neighborhood. If you have young kids you can take them to Little Mountain Elementary School that has a huge park. There are many hiking trails and bike trails in Chilliwack (Hope River Rotary Trail, Island 22 Regional Park, Chilliwack Community Forest, Teapot Hill Trailhead, Hillkeep Regional Park, Mt Thom Park, Elk Mountain Trailhead, just to name a few. Short drive to the following: • 5 mins away from HWY 1 • 5 mins to the trendy District 1881 – downtown Chilliwack • 19 mins to Bridal Falls • 30 mins from Harrison Hot Springs • 30 mins from Cultus Lake (Adventure Park and Water Park) • 1 hour to Chilliwack Lake for hikes and fishing • 1 hour away from Hemlock – Sasquatch Mountain Ski Resort No smoking of any kind in the suite or on the property, if you do please go on the sidewalk. Side door entry with key in lock box. Early check in is available upon request. Parking on the driveway or on street. Quiet time is 10pm-7am. Absolutely no parties or loud music. Please note given that it is a basement suite you may hear our family walking from upstairs from time to time. We apologize in advance. Guest access Private entrance is at the side of the house.
