Lovingly located on "Lawyer's Lane," perfectly poised in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and tucked down the street from downtown Asheboro. Enjoy a relaxing visit in our home and outdoors, centrally located and convenient to the NC Zoo, HP Furniture Market, Seagrove Pottery, Zoo City Sportsplex, Richard Petty Museum, Childress Vineyards, Randolph Courthouse, and more. 3 Smart tvs, board games, and a well-equipped kitchen. Local bars, restaurants, and shopping, all right around the corner. The space One of our favorite things about our home is that it was built in 1951 and remodeled fully in 2021 - inside and out. The home has original hardwood floors, and 2 doors that are original to the house. Our home has 2 bedrooms (1 private king suite and 1 private queen suite), as well as 1 full bathroom with a bathtub. There is a queen sleeper sofa located in the living room that we are happy to arrange prior to your arrival. If you are traveling with little ones, please let us know if there are any amenities that we can provide to make children more comfortable and parents' lives easier during their stay. We provide optional couch and chair covers (by guest request) for parents who might worry about their kids around our light-colored furniture. We also have a Pack and Play and high chair available for your littlest ones (bring any bedding you would want to use for the Pack and Play). Our home has 3 entrances, all of which require stepping up at least 2 stairs to enter, as pictured. The home is otherwise on a one-level interior, with no steps. Not yet pictured is a new propane grill, for guest enjoyment located on the back deck. Out of respect for our home and other guests, we do not allow pets or smoking of any kind within our home. Please enjoy the outdoors for any smoke breaks. Violations of house rules may result in a $500.00 fee per occurrence, on top of remedying any damage done. Thank you for treating our house like your home! Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the space, indoors and outdoors, but for the locked owner's closets. Hosts will not be on site unless requested for any last minute needs. Other things to note We provide high-speed fiber internet to connect all devices to. There are 3 Smart tvs in the home, where you can log into your favorite streaming accounts (no cable is provided). Release of liability: we go to great lengths to ensure your stay is enjoyable and safe. The home contains stairs and gas appliances (gas range stove, gas log fireplace, and gas grill). When guests book their stay, they and all group members agree to waive all liability in case of personal injury.
