Welcome to our inviting private suite, perfect for single travelers or couples seeking a peaceful getaway! This comfortable suite features its own private entrance and a bathroom. And, guests don't pay cleaning fees. Inside, you'll find a cozy queen bed fitted with a plush memory foam mattress. The suite is equipped with convenient amenities, including a mini-fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a drip coffee machine, and a kettle - everything you need to feel right at home. The space Please keep in mind that this suite is part of a family home where the family resides, and they will continue to live their daily lives. Therefore, there will be noise of people talking, kids running around, visitors, etc. And, we ask that guests follow the house rules, treating the space with respect. DO NOT bring additional guests to visit you on the property, or to stay overnight. This is not a hotel or an event venue. DO NOT instruct food deliveries or other delivery drivers to enter the property. Go to the gate to receive your delivery. This is for the safety of the residents of the house! DO NOT compromise this! While we love our lively poultry, please be aware that their presence may come with some natural noises, so guests should be comfortable with that charming country ambiance. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, we’re excited to host you in our lovely suite! Guest access Guests can use the deck outside the room, the dining area in the backyard, and the front of the house to park their car. DO NOT bring additional guests to visit you on the property, or to stay overnight. This is not a hotel or an event venue, and therefore they do not get to access the property. DO NOT instruct food deliveries or other delivery drivers to enter the property. Go to the gate to receive your delivery. This is for the safety of the residents of the house! DO NOT compromise this! During your stay We will go with the guests' flow. Other things to note Please be aware that there is poultry on the property, so you should be comfortable with a rooster crowing early morning and the other chickens feeding around the yard. Smoking of any substance is not allowed in the apartment. Guests will be held responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns, odors, and removal of debris. Guest acknowledges that to remove the odor caused by smoking, the Host may need to replace blinds and drapes, and paint the interior walls regardless of when these items were last cleaned, replaced, or repainted.
