Guests can enjoy the cozy living room and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals with fresh produce from local shops, just a 5-minute walk away. You can taste the famous Tielles de Sète, explore the Théâtre de la Mer and its festivals or start a walk on Mont Saint-Clair a short walk from the residence. The famous Halles de Sète and the city center are 15 minutes away by car or bus. Guest access The accommodation has a reserved outdoor parking space within the residence. You are close to public transportation, with bus lines making it easily accessible to Sète TGV station (line 3 - "Les Près Calards" stop). Montpellier (50 minutes drive) and Béziers Cap d'Agde (35 minutes drive) airports also allow you to arrive easily. Two pedestrian accesses are available: one overlooking the beaches, the other towards the shops via the parking lot of the residence. The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. Other things to note The toilets, a little narrow, are on the ground floor of the apartment. The bedroom, upstairs, is equipped with a 140 cm mattress, with a sea view that you can enjoy directly from the bed. Bed linen and towels are provided.
