TWO townhomes for your giant group!

This listing is two separate, but very close-by townhomes. They are a one-minute walk between them. Perfect for a giant group coming in for school activities, Beaver games, weddings, or the holidays. By reserving this listing, you are reserving TWO HOMES, which are called Boho and Meritage respectively. (These can also be booked separately and can be found by their specific listing names, here on this platform.) The space Located on the north edge of Corvallis, these townhomes are a new build. They each have a full kitchen with stainless and gas appliances, a dining area with additional bartop seating, and their own living room areas. Each home has three upstairs bedrooms each, with a king in one, and a queen in the other two bedrooms. The king bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with standup showers. Upstairs in each home there is an additional bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and on the main floors are half bathrooms. Guest access Smart lock with door codes for entry. Guests have access to the entirety of the house. Any supplies on shelves in the garage, or the locked storage cabinet, are off-limits. Other things to note For additional bedding, Boho has a queen sized floor mattress and a Pack n Play for babies/toddlers, and Meritage has both a queen sized floor mattress and a full sized futon pullout. Meritage has an upstairs reading nook area, and Boho has a hidden under-stair cupboard that has been converted into a kid’s play area. Each home has laundry available, plenty of linens, and kitchen amenities and accessories galore, including a well stocked pantry and a bottle of wine. Guests have access to parking in the garages, as well as directly outside the garages. We can accommodate only two vehicles per building (so four total for this reservation.)
