Conveniently situated off M1. Close to Derbyshire Dales and Peak District. Equidistant from Derby and Nottingham Cities. Off street parking for up to two cars (or vans) and locked garage for up to four motorbikes. Use of outdoor swimming pool with Endless Pool counter current machine - seasonal June, July, August. Pool may be available outside these months by request for adults who enjoy cold water swimming/dipping. The Full sized snooker table is available for adults only. The space Own entrance with key safe. Kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink. Sitting room with dining area. Comfortable under floor heating. Downstairs double room. Shower room. Upstairs large bedroom with super king size bed. En-suite with bath (please note we are currently awaiting a replacement part for the Jacuzzi. Bath is still functional as a bath. WiFi but please bear in mind that we are in a semi-rural location and don’t have the fastest speeds. The outdoor pool is heated with an air source heat pump. During the summer we keep the temperature around 26-30 degrees. Out side of summer months it will be 9-11 degrees. Bear in mind that the air temperature may make it feel cooler. The pool and garden are shared with the family but not with other guests. Guest access Small outdoor seating area for smoking /vaping. Snooker room (adults only) by request. Swimming pool - June, July, August. Other things to note We are working towards greater sustainability. Heating and hot water is provided by air source heat pump.
