This gorgeous, new build is only 12 minutes to the beach, 12 minutes to Historical Downtown and a scenic 15 minute walk to the intercoastal. There is a private, heated pool in the backyard along with a spacious outdoor dining and game playing area. Come soak up the fun of St. Augustine in the sunshine of the summer, or get in the holiday spirit with Historic Downtown's Nights of Lights Attractions! Other things to note Parking in driveway - 4 Car MAX - all cars must fit in the driveway, no garage access. 8 people max, all guests must be registered to use amenities, we do not allow parties. Please note that there is a noise ordinance in place in St. Johns County. It is strictly enforced in the area and renters will be responsible for the citation fee if one is issued. We ask you to please be respectful to neighbors as people live around long term. $75 late fee will be charged if checkout is after 11:00am.
