The property is designed with large communal areas while also being divided into four separate living units. The villa is beautifully decorated both inside and out. It also features three fully equipped bars. The 100 m² game room offers a wide range of entertainment options, including a pool table, ping-pong table, air hockey table, foosball, beer pong table, archery, dartboard, massage chair, poker table, basketball hoop, loaner bicycles, an 800W speaker system, and disco lights. Additionally, there is a separate room filled with toys, LEGO, board games, card games, Meta Quest 2 VR headset, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii, and surfboards. It truly provides everything you need for endless fun. The pool area features a heated pool surrounded by large, soft, and wide sun loungers. In the backyard, you'll find a built-in barbecue, an outdoor kitchen, and a large dining table where everyone can gather to eat. There’s also a wooden deck with several leather sofas and a large TV for movie nights. The villa has several cots, high chairs, strollers and children's tableware. The villa is divided into 4 apartments. When booking up to 16 guests, 3 apartments with a total of 10 rooms are included. The small apartment with three rooms downstairs (Room 9, 10 and 11) is only included in bookings with more than 16 guests.
