Kick back and relax in this river front Scandinavian inspired designer retreat nestled among a grove of towering white pine. Sitting on a ridge peak, the night sky comes to life far away from the city lights. Enjoy a bonfire in a Turkish grill- you’ll feel like you are in the wilds of the North. Retreat inside to play board games, stream your favourite show on the Frame TV & indulge in a relaxing steam shower before drifting off to sleep in 1 of three spacious rooms. The space Gather with friends or family in this modern 3 bedroom home with floor to ceiling windows along the beautiful Madawaska River. Come immerse yourself in nature & enjoy all the area has to offer, whether it be for winter or summer adventures. Walk on to the expansive deck from one of 4 oversized patio doors which help bring the outdoors in. White-washed cathedral ceilings in the main room & in all 3 bedrooms also give the space a light, airy feeling. Canadian made furnishings were carefully selected for comfort & style. Dedicated workspace with high speed internet available for those that need to get work done before they play. Unwind & have a deep cleanse experience in the 2 person steam room before retreating to one of three inviting beds draped in quality linens. We use only earth-friendly cleaning products & provide Phillip Adam salon quality plant-based hair care products for your enjoyment. * River access is now ready but please note that the path down to the river is on a steep slope & is the equivalent of a difficult hike. There is also a section of stairs from the path to the dock. Use with caution & children should always be supervised(not suitable for ages 2-12). 2 paddle boards & life jackets are available for use. *All-wheel drive is strongly recommended in winter months due to the steepness & length of the switchback driveway. *In summer months, access to a public boat launch is meters away from the property. Access to the waterfront is currently under construction & won’t be accessible until completed (sometime during summer 2025). Unfortunately timing for this is very much weather-dependant & cannot be guaranteed. Other things to note All-wheel drive recommended in winter months. No smoking of any kind, vaping included. Quiet time is at 10pm to respect our neighbours. The neighbour’s dog may come for a visit- she is friendly.
