Great location: 0.4 mile to Pasadena City College 4 miles to Rose bowl 16.2 miles to Universal 30 miles to LAX airport Bus line: 10, 686, 60, 187, 180 are near by. NO FREE PARKING.Guest has to BUY temporary overnight street parking if needs to park at Pasadena city website (I’ll send to you the instructions). It’s $3 per day and can buy max 10 days at a time. The space It's a newly designed house in 2019, everything is luxury furnished and fully equipment. Guest access Please do not enter the storage room at the first floor, except that everything is fine. Other things to note Please bring your own slippers or use the shoe covers I provided. No high heel shoes allowed(it will damage the wood floor) Laundry hour: 9am - 9pm Please be respectful to our neighbors and guests by keeping voice low at night, thank you so much!
