The space The independent house consists of a ground floor with: a bright living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining table, a pantry with another table, and a kitchen with wood oven and induction hob, full bathroom with shower and dressing room; On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom and a small bedroom with a single bed, which can easily be transformed into a double bed, and another bathroom with a shower. On the floor below the living room, which is accessed from the living room itself through a loggia and also from the outside, there is a third double bedroom with a bathroom with a shower. In addition, there is a technical room with a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, folding drying rack and ironing board) from which you can directly access the outside. The rooms are equipped with air conditioners for both summer cooling and winter heating, and there is also a wood-burning stove in the living room. Two outdoor terraces with dining table, barbecue and solarium area with a 4-meter diameter pool, 1.20 m deep, with water slightly heated by a solar panel. - Wifi connection - Air conditioners in all rooms, in the living room and in the kitchen. - Bed linen and towels provided. - Electricity and water costs are included. Guest access The village of Metato is pedestrian, the car must be left in the large parking lot at the beginning of the village. The first part of the road to be walked is uphill, comfortable shoes are recommended. The house is about 300 meters from the parking lot. Luggage transport service is available from the parking lot to the house for arrival and departure. Other things to note In the village of Metato you can find a small delightful restaurant: "Il Fondaccio", there are no other services, for shopping you have to go to the town of Vado 5 km away or to Camaiore 7 km away. The host recommends that you bring basic groceries with you, which will be brought to the house along with your luggage in a golf cart at the time of your arrival.
