Enjoy this quiet, private, bayside home, complete with every detail for the perfect escape. This stunning resort-style property boasts extensive outdoor entertaining spaces overlooking a heated private pool and child-friendly backyard. It has three bedrooms, one on-suite and a library/office space. Open plan kitchen, outdoor BBQ, inside and outside dining spaces. Ducted Aircon throughout and ceiling fans in two rooms. We have a paved area that fits two cars and lots of free street parking. The space Our home has three full sized bedrooms and a Library/study which has two king single sofas in it. Our pool is solar heated and the cleaner must stay in the pool. It has monthly maintenance so if you rent our home over the month we will need to arrange a time for our technician to do this. We have very private and quiet neighbours. Our property is nestled away up a right of way and our trees create a private space for us to enjoy. We have a second smart tv that we can move into another room of your choice. Guest access The whole home. We will lock our garage and we have a toy room which we will lock. If we have guests with children we can discuss opening this up for you. Other things to note Child friendly- we would like a family or people to enjoy our home as we do. We have two girls and additional children games, toys, trampoline and more if a family like ours applies. Although the girls rooms are purple and pink I am happy to adjust to them to the needs of the guest. We have have fortnightly cleaning arranged at an additional cost. No Smoking or vaping either inside or outside the Cottage or in the garden. If you need to please smoke on the street. We do not take third-party bookings. A maximum of 4 guests can stay overnight in the property and a maximum of 6 additional guests can visit between 7 am and 10 pm. No parties allowed. No pets allowed Please keep noise to a reasonable level between 7 am and 10 pm and no noise overnight. Please respect our neighbours during your stay. Please remember to lock the doors and windows before you leave and put the key in the lockbox beside the front door. Checkout is from 10 am Check-in is from 3 pm onwards.
