This house built in 1830 is located in the charming village of Courcelles-Les-Montbard, close to the Burgundy Canal. This spacious, fully renovated home will make you happy for a comfortable stay in the countryside. The space We offer a 220 m2 house on two floors with a terrace, a private outdoor courtyard as well as a fully equipped summer kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher etc.) and a private Jacuzzi. On the ground floor: You'll find a closed garage with an automatic door. Access is from the outside or from the laundry room located in the entrance hall of the house. You can park your vehicle there. Do you have an electric car? No problem, sockets are available to recharge them. Fancy a walk along the Burgundy Canal? Bicycles are waiting for you (3 VTC + 4 electric VTC). In the laundry room, you have at your disposal two washing machines, two dryers, clothes drying racks, an iron and a steamer. On this floor, there is a large master bedroom with a double bed of 180 x 200 cm, a baby bed, a changing table, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom (shower). The second and top floor offers a mezzanine with a games corner (board games are available). There are also two extra beds (sofa beds). On this floor, there is also a third bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, a dormitory with four single beds of 90 x 200 cm, a shower room and shared toilets. All bedrooms in the house have TV and storage for your belongings. Reversible air conditioning is installed on the first and second floors. A wood-burning stove is in the living room with wood available. The outside of the house is fully enclosed. The courtyard allows you to park a second vehicle in addition to the garage.
