Description
Spend the night in the former, restored cow barn with vaulted brick ceilings on "our small farm" with a small number of animals and in a quiet location. We offer a 75 sqm apartment with an available double bed, which can also be set as two single beds and a sofa bed (1.4 x 1.8 m) in a separate room. There is also a 0.9 x 2.0 m closet bed in the living room. Ground level accessible with a separate house entrance and terrace. The space Our accommodation offers plenty of space for families with children, for dog owners and people with limited mobility due to the ground-level construction. The bedroom has a wooden children's crib, in the separate 2nd bedroom there is a wall changing table to fold out and a sofa bed as well as a shelf with games and books for large and small. In the living room you can admire our 3.5 m long aquarium and watch the fish swim from the couch. For dog owners, a new fleece blanket, water bowl and a wooden metal box will always be provided. Guest access The ground-level access is located on the side of the parking lot. A second access is possible via the separate terrace door. Other things to note In our apartment there are some house rules that we would like to see implemented: 1. Smoking indoors is not allowed! Please use the separate terrace areas for this (there are several reasons: families also stay with us, walls have been freshly renovated, smoke draws into the historic brick vaulted ceilings, smoke detectors in the apartment...) 2. Dogs must be kept on a leash on the farm premises (there are several reasons: animals, farm cats and electric fences). 3. Dogs should not sleep on the bed or other seating if possible. (Each dog gets a separate new fleece blanket and there is a fixed dog box available). For dog owners, there is a separate long private path to field paths. 4. Disposal of hygiene items such as sanitary pads, tampons, diapers or wet wipes in the toilet is not permitted.
