The master bedroom is on the first floor with panoramic sea views from the balcony. Double vanity and shower. Bedroom two has a king or twin bed and en suite with balcony overlooking the sea. Bedroom three is on the second floor has a queen bed and small en suit, ideal for 1 or 2 people. There is a chaise which a small child could also sleep on. The roof terrace has a dining area for a lovely meal and drinks overlooking the Bajan sunset. Parking for two cars at the front. At the back of the development there is a gate for easy access to the beach. Mullins bay is a small gated community with 24 hour security and wonderful landscape gardens.
