Nestled against Stackhouse Park are hiking trails and a nice picnic area and creek to give the lil' ones some play time in the outdoors. 1st Summit Arena which hosts concerts, conventions and sporting events is a 6 minute drive away. The space Fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 story house with laundry room on the second floor. Full kitchen and separate dining room. Dishwasher with soap pods under the sink. Large living room and bedrooms with ceiling fans and Ruko TV. Internet and a phone land line provided. Window air conditioners keep the summer cool. Heating is gas hot water which makes it nice and quiet. Plenty of off street parking in driveway for 6~8 cars. Free street parking available too. Guest access Guests have access to 1st and 2nd floors. Guests will enter on the 1st floor through the rear door with keyless entry. Other things to note Located in a safe, clean and friendly community. Neighbors are very nice and friendly! A great area to reside with a quiet neighborhood and Stack House Park right behind the house with walking trails and occasional entertainment such as plays. For families with children, a high chair and pack-n-play are provided. Long-term stay notes: Guests who stay more than seven days are expected to furnish their own daily essentials and maintain the cleanliness of the house. A cleaning service can be provided for a (task determined) fee when requested which could include washing linens, cleaning floors, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Winter notes: During heavy snow accumulations driveway will be plowed according to contractors availability and schedule. Tenants may have to shovel snow from porches, steps, side walks, around vehicle(s) and driveway for ingress/egress. Snow/ice melt will be provided for guests to apply as needed.
