The space Close to town amenities, yet in a quiet and leafy neighbourhood, this secluded studio bungalow for 3/4, has a mature and slightly unkempt garden, great for very well behaved pets and older children to roam. It is not entirely fenced and has some steep banking so we cannot accept children under 4 sorry. It's simply and lightly furnished with a sunny open plan kitchen-living area and a woodburner for cosy nights. There is a small charge for fuel and logs. It has off street parking, and easy access to both moor and sea, and the vibrant and contrasting cities of Exeter and Plymouth. If arriving by train, it's a 20 minute walk or 2 minute taxi ride from Newton Abbot station, which is on the mainline from London Paddington. The town’s shops and restaurants, The Alex Cinema, and Newton Abbot Leisure Centre/swimming pool are all within a 10/15 minute walk. Guest access Whole property and own private section of garden. Other things to note A third bed can be made up for children or adults who don't mind being on a fold out guest bed.
