Le Clos du Groseau, in Ventoux

Welcome to Clos du Groseau, our family vacation home at the foot of Mont Ventoux, giant of Provence, and less than a 10-minute walk (700 m) from the Cours des Isnards in the center of Malaucène, all in a very quiet environment. All amenities and shops (bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, super U, press, etc.) are within walking distance. The space You will enjoy its large 3000 m2 garden with heated swimming pool from May 1 to September 30, its petanque court and its beautiful view of the vineyards and surrounding hills. Children and adults will not miss activities: soccer goal, ping pong table, badminton net, molkky, petanque, board games... Cyclists will have at their disposal a secure place for their bicycles. Its large living room opening directly onto the covered terrace (with a large outdoor table for 12 people) and its spacious kitchen will allow you to spend a comfortable vacation for up to 10/12 people (including 6 to 8 adults maximum). The indoor dining table can accommodate 10 people. On the ground floor, a single-story master suite with its shower room and toilet. Separate toilets and a laundry room/cellar with washing machine and dryer complete this level. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms: two containing a double bed and a dormitory that can accommodate 6 children (two double bunk beds, the upper floor of which is reserved for children over 6 years old with a maximum total weight of 110 kg). Separate toilets and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower complete this floor. The house is fully air-conditioned, connected to fiber optics with wifi and ethernet network, equipped with a TV with orange TV decoder. It is secured by an alarm with remote monitoring. An additional fridge with freezer is present in the bike shelter. A 4-burner gas barbecue is available in the garden near the covered terrace. You can park your vehicles within the property. The garden is enclosed with an automatic gate. A concierge will welcome you and will be at your disposal during your stay. Housekeeping and linen (sheets, bath towels, bath mats, tea towels and pool towels) are included. We are available to answer any questions you may have!
