Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Our newly renovated barn currently sleeps up to 8 people. We are in the countryside with 3 sides of the house surrounded by farmland however we are only 10 minutes drive from the local amenities. Approximately 2000 m2 of front garden to utilise with free parking. Our house has another rental property to the side of the Gite so you can rent this Gite, the house or both together!. The space A large and open plan living room, diner and kitchen with full facilities. The downstairs sofa bed measures 180 x 109 cm. Outside seating with full access to the very large front garden. Upstairs consists of a large bedroom with a standard double sized bed with an ensuite. No bath. All decorated and furnished July 2024. The second bedroom consists of two standard sized single beds and an ensuite. No bath. The third bedroom consists of a king sized double bed with an ensuite. No bath. Plus a sofa bed sized at 168 x 83cm Access to bbq / smoker outside along with a fire pit (upon request). Additional seating as well as a table and chair set. Hosts live on site and will be there to hand over keys in person. Electric heating in every room. Rates include "normal electric usage" and we do not mind the charging of bikes. Only in our garage and never overnight. Vehicle charging is strictly prohibited Babies are included in the headcount numbers and as such will need to be included in the headcount on this platform. Additional people may result in the booking being cancelled. The square footage does not include the ensuite sizing. Guest access The full house is our guests along with a shared parking area for our other rental. Our garden is shared. Approximately 2000 m2. Plenty of seating areas and access to bbq / smoker and fire pit. Other things to note Only guests over 18 can book City taxes for 2026 / 3 star accommodation are 1.80e per person per night.
