This perfect Cotswold cottage is ideal for both romantic getaways a deux and family holidays, with three bedrooms that will accommodate five adults and the possibility of an additional cot in modern, stylish comfort in the wonderful village of Ampney Crucis, just 3 miles outside Cirencester, capital of the Cotswolds. Huge comfy sofas, a wood-burner fireplace, a very well equipped kitchen-diner, a beautiful conservatory, bbq, garden and now with an electric vehicle charging point too! The space Holly Cottage is a charming traditional Cotswold cottage on a quiet lane on the edge of Ampney Crucis which now has been renovated and expanded in sympathetic style to provide all the amenities and comfort of modern life in a traditional home in this picture-perfect Cotswold village. A modern kitchen with all-new NEFF appliances adjoins the dining area where a circular table seats six comfortably. There is a built-in oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer as well as a toaster, microwave and all the kitchen equipment you are likely to need as well as cooking basics to get you started! The main sitting room has a wood-burner in a large fireplace making it a comfy spot for evenings by the fire with a flatscreen TV and music system if entertainment is needed. Through double doors is a second sitting room in a conservatory that does not feel like a conservatory and makes a great place to sit and enjoy the garden. The conservatory opens out to the garden where there is a barbecue and an outdoor dining table for six. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. Two have kingsize (60"/155cm width) beds while the remaining bedroom has a very comfy single (36"/92cm width) bed, all of which are made up with luxurious cotton linens. The bathroom off the landing has a full-size bath and a shower stocked with shampoos, soaps and bath salts to make bathtime an enjoyable luxury. Wi-fi is available throughout the property. Two cars can comfortably park in the driveway by the side of the cottage. The cottage is just 3miles from the centre of Cirencester, the capital of the Cotswolds.
