Private bedroom in a quiet home on the east side of Sioux Falls in an upscale neighborhood. Easy access to I-90 (5-7 min). Good stopping point on the way to/from the Badlands and Rapid City. Please be sure to note what amenities are included and not included before booking. (E.g. No TV and no desk) Check in time is prior to 9p unless arranged. Read house rules Not suitable for infants or children. No pets allowed due to dogs already on site The space Bedroom: Located on main level. This room has a queen mattress. It fits two adults comfortably. Bathroom: In the same small hallway as the bedroom, to the immediate right of the room. This small hallway won't be utilized by hosts during your stay. There is a shower and tub. It may be difficult for anyone who has a physical impairment to get in an out. Upstairs living room and deck: available to anyone in the house. (Fireplace in living room available during fall/winter) Kitchen: not available for cooking meals, but you are welcome to use this space or the dining area to eat food you’ve brought with or ordered. Coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator available for use. Milk, dairy free milk, and flavored syrups available. We also have a selection of teas. Guest access Kitchen/Dining Area/Upstairs Living Room: Available to all. Not available for cooking meals, only eating and drinking what you have brought in. Coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave are available for use. Milk, dairy free milk, and flavored syrups available. We also have a selection of teas. Upstairs Living Room/Deck: Available to all. Indoor fireplace available during fall/winter. Outdoor fire table use is not permitted. Downstairs Living Room w/TV: Available upon request (depends on if lower level is reserved by other guests) During your stay I work from home, if my office door is not closed, I’m available to answer you in person. If the door is closed, please message through the Airbnb app. Other things to note No additional guests. Anyone not included in your listing will have to be met outside of our home. Check in is 3- 9pm unless previously communicated and agreed upon. I recommend doing this prior to 24 hrs before your stay so IF we cannot accommodate a later check-in in time, you can cancel without losing your payment. No refunds if you fail to communicate and we cannot accommodate. This is not a party house and is not ideal for night owls. Quiet hours are 10pm and are strictly enforced out of respect for all guests in the home. This home is not recommended for anyone under 18. My dog, a pitbull, is great with adults, but has limited experience being around children and other animals and can be very anxious. Other animals are not permitted. I work from home and will be on calls between 7 and 4 during the week. I only ask that the noise level be kept at a respectful level.
