Twenty minutes from the Reggio Emilia high-speed station connected with all the main cities of Italy, the property is also a 40-minute drive from the historic cities of Modena, an hour from Bologna and Parma. Very central location, with very convenient access to the A1 and A22 highway to go to Milan, Florence and Venice in 2 hours. The space The room, spacious and equipped with a balcony, is located in an apartment on the second floor of a large, fully restored and very quiet house with a large garden and garage. The apartment consists of three large bedrooms with double beds, a large living room, a kitchen and a modern bathroom equipped with everything you need. In the garden, where there are hammocks, chairs and tables, you can also use the barbecue grills. The accommodation is also 25 minutes from the RCF Arena Campovolo in Reggio Emilia where numerous concerts are scheduled. Guest access The apartment on the second floor has a separate entrance and the keys to the entire accommodation are provided. The room is also equipped with a key to allow privacy and independence for guests. During your stay The owner lives in the apartment with an independent entrance on the ground floor and is available to help with any need or concern. You can contact him by message or call or by ringing the doorbell. Other things to note Less than 1 km from the accommodation is a cheese producer (Caseificio Sociale Castellazzo) where they produce an excellent Parmesan that I recommend visiting. In the small historic center of Campagnola Emilia, a stone's throw from the accommodation, there are numerous pizzerias (I recommend Bottega 14), ice cream shops and bars.
