Tiny Barn at the Mini Farm

Travel nurse, miner, business traveler - Welcome to the mini farm! There is a queen sized bed located in the loft (up a ladder, no standing room once you get up to loft) and the option for a small couch or twin bed on the first floor. Cook simple meals in the kitchen on the induction stove top, microwave or crock pot. Wash off the day in a full size stand up shower. Enjoy WIFI & your shows on a comfy couch with AC! Quiet with peaceful farm sounds and home to the most remarkable sunsets. The space The Barn is located less than 5 minutes away from Cobra Valley Regional Hospital and 20 minutes from Capstone Mine. Freeport Mine is only 5 minutes away and only30 minutes away from Rooselvelt lake. There are a couple goats, a few chickens, and a crowing rooster on this property. There is a ladder ONLY to get up to the loft, once up in the loft, there is no standing room. The Mini Barn is fully complete. However, there are two other (seperate) units being converted to tiny homes on the property. There are materials and equipment for the unfinished units, none of which will interfere with your stay or prohibit parking abilities. They are just eye sores for the time being. The inside of the Barn and the deck are completely done and reflect the photos. There is NO standing room in the loft. There is a couch that converts to a twin size bed on the first floor. There's space enough for ONE vehicle. This is a NON SMOKING unit. There will be a $300 fee if smoke is detected inside the unit. Cigarettes & Marijuana are prohibited. Guest access There's is a keypad code that will be given for self check in. You will receive check-in information a few days before check in. Other things to note The entire unit is all yours for the duration of your stay. *The couch is currently replaced with a single size Bed. If you prefer the couch we can provide one. This is a SMOKE FREE property. Marijuana and cigarette smoking is not permitted. An extra $300 fee will be applied if the barn smells of smoke. Animals are not permitted.
